1.
 Every 2 years and must be 25 years old.  The House of Representatives is made up of 435 elected members, divided among the 50 states in proportion to their total population. In addition, there are 6 non-voting members, representing the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and four other territories of the United States. The presiding officer of the chamber is the Speaker of the House, elected by the Representatives. He or she is third in the line of succession to the Presidency.

2.
The senate and the house.
  • Congress has two chambers: Senate and House of Representatives
  • Senate is smaller; each state has two senators
  • House is larger; each state has a number of representatives proportional to its population
  • Founding Fathers chose bicameralism for historical, theoretical, and practical reasons

  • 3.Federalism is the Separation of powers among different levels (In the US States and National).
    4. In the system set up by the U.S. Constitution, the national government is divided into three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. These three branches are not independent of one another because the Constitution set up a system of checks and balances to help ensure that no one branch became too powerful. Each branch has powers that it can use to check and balance the operations and power of the other two branches. Following is a look at the specific checks that each branch has been givenr

    5. A term of congress goes from the date that a new congress formed to the next time a new congress forms (every two years) .
    6. Most likely the governor if anyone. Rarely can anyone else call a special session when the legislature is not in session. 

    7. Executive-mainly ... of congress? the governor has the right to call in any time but has to have good reason ...

    8. Technically, they get quite a lot of recess time and days back at home with constituents. We did the math and it comes to more than three months a year, on average, since 1977.
    In reality, congressional supporters say the job entails long hours at unexpected times, with lots of energy devoted to fundraising and talking to constituents back home.
